Welcome to Obedience Unleashed

Andy is a dog-training educator known for his relationship-centered training approach and his personalized teaching style. His background in psychology and public service coupled with years of experience training police, search & rescue and assistance dogs gives him an innovative perspective on dog obedience, behaviour & motivation in theory and practice. 

Marie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and she handles everything from telephone calls and bookkeeping to scheduling and kennel management, on top of being a full-time mom.  She particularly enjoys speaking with clients on the phone and assisting with any questions they may have in her cheerful and professional manner.

Clara has worked part-time in our Daycare/Boarding facility since 2019 and has successfully completed Dog Handler Academy and Pet First Aid courses. She is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, plus teaches Highland Dance and Piano. In her spare time she enjoys crafts, hiking and training with her 1 year old German Shepherd Willa.

Finn is a full time student and works part time for Obedience Unleashed. He lives with his family on acreage with his dogs Whiley (Newfoundland/Lab), Lincoln (Australian Shepherd) and Hazel (Australian Shepherd/Border Collie).

Ally is a full time student and has worked part time at Obedience Unleashed since 2022. Her hobbies include volunteering with horses at a local barn and spending time with her pup Tucker.

Annie is a full time student and has worked part time at Obedience Unleashed since 2020. She has competed in 4H Agility, Obedience and Showmanship. She enjoys hiking with her Belgian Malinois Paco.

Emma is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and has worked part time for Obedience Unleashed since 2022. She has completed Dog Handler Academy courses. When she isn’t hanging out with pups, she teaches and performs Scottish Dance and enjoys going to the gym.

Paxton is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology  and started working part time at Obedience Unleashed in 2023. He plays guitar in a local band and enjoys camping, skiing and hiking. At home he has two dogs – a Golden Retriever/Border Collie and a Golden Retriever/Boxer.

Leagh works in Operations and is a true “super-man” for all of our locations helping to build, fix and maintain our facilities. He has worked at Obedience Unleashed since 2021, is a creative artist (check out “Stave Falls Creations”) and owns a Pitbull/Husky cross named Felix. 

Shaun works in Operations and we are so grateful for his incredible attention to detail and pride of workmanship. He has worked for Obedience Unleashed since 2023. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, running his hobby farm and hunting.
