Welcome to Obedience Unleashed

Andy is a dog-training educator known for his relationship-centered training approach and his personalized teaching style. His background in psychology and public service coupled with years of experience training police, search & rescue and assistance dogs gives him an innovative perspective on dog obedience, behaviour & motivation in theory and practice. 

Marie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and she handles everything from telephone calls and bookkeeping to scheduling and kennel management, on top of being a full-time mom.  She particularly enjoys speaking with clients on the phone and assisting with any questions they may have in her cheerful and professional manner.

Bella has experience working as a pet-sitter and in a large daycare/boarding facility with all breeds and temperaments of dogs. Her future goals include going to grooming school. She enjoys spending time with dogs and making sure they all have a fantastic day!

Clara has worked part-time in our Daycare/Boarding facility since 2019 and has successfully completed Dog Handler Academy and Pet First Aid courses. She is a full time student, plus teaches Highland Dance and Piano. In her spare time she enjoys crafts, hiking and training with her 1 year old German Shepherd Willa.

Ashley has worked for Obedience Unleashed since 2020. She has completed our Puppy and Off Leash Obedience classes plus dog manners/first aid workshops. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys hiking with her Border Collie named Maple, organizing, cooking and travelling. 

Annie is a full time student and has worked part time at Obedience Unleashed since 2020. She has competed in 4H Agility, Obedience and Showmanship. She enjoys hiking with her German Shepherd Ruby. 

Ally is a full time student and has worked part time at Obedience Unleashed since 2022. Her hobbies include volunteering with horses at a local barn and spending time with her pup Tucker.

Emma is a full time student and has worked part time for Obedience Unleashed since 2022. She has completed Dog Handler Academy courses. When she isn’t hanging out with pups, she teaches and performs Scottish Dance and enjoys going to the gym.

Paxton is a full time student and started working part time at Obedience Unleashed in 2023. He plays guitar in a local band and enjoys camping, skiing and hiking. At home he has two dogs – a Golden Retriever/Border Collie and a Golden Retriever/Boxer.
